To those who are not familiar with this festival, its history is dating back to over 3000 years ago, when Chinese worshiping the moon in ancient times. Okay, let me keep it short and simple: long long time ago, the earth had 10 suns circling over it, while the people on the earth was suffering much from the extremely blazing hot weather. Then, an archer named Hou Yi, a strong and tyrannical man shooting down nine of the suns, saved the earth and became a brutal king that torturing his people. Later he married a gorgeous and kind hearted lady call Chang Er. One day, Hou Yi found out that Goddess possessing the elixir of life, he stole it. However, his lovely wife drank the elixir of life with the intention to save the people from her tyrannous husband’s rule. After drinking it, she found herself floating and flew to the moon. Do you think she met Neil Armstrong with Apollo 11 and live happily ever after? Hahahaha!
